Do you remember the commercial where the sales manager handed
out airline tickets because the sales staff was loosing touch
with their customers? That impactful commercial typifies the
fear many corporate executives have when approaching the natural
extension of e-business. I believe high tech equals high touch.
Here are some essential concerns to keep in mind when
approaching e-business. These questions can help you focus your
electronic growth so that you will humanize your e-business
strategies.
1.)Today, how do you communicate on a daily with your customers?
Look at your current business model and consider how you take
orders. By building an online order taking process, you can
offer your customers the best of both worlds with traditional
and online ordering. This online extension of order taking will
save your customers time and create good will toward your
company. Technology can extend order taking by linking with your
existing inventory control and accounting systems therefore
streamlining your processes. The streamlining will reduce your
customers’ paperwork and cost per transaction as well as making
it easier to interact with your company.
2.)What are the repeat questions your customers ask? A simple,
focused web presence can head off those repetitive questions
from potential customers. Yes, your are right in that you can

contact with the customer asking for approval at various points
of product development, then an Extranet must be a
consideration. You can design a system that allows your customer
to view the product and give check off approval. They can view
architectural designs, CAD drawings, photographs, detailed
specifications, or work-in-progress. The added, and personalized
bonus, is that your customer can do this at their convenience.
You can call or visit but the time during that visit is spent
working on the customer relationship - not order specifications.
5.)Do you cross sell or up sell when taking an order? New
designs in web interfaces can deliver with the same selling
dynamic. You can suggest other products during a customer
search. New software even allows you to save the search. You can
capture your prospects email and categorize it for future
marketing efforts. For a truly personalized touch, follow up
inquiries with a telephone call - or personalized email. You can
ask your customers if they would like this feature - taking
service to all time high.
6.)Let your customers know you are online. If you build it, they
will not come. The old thought that if ‘I go online, new
customers will come running’ is false. You need to employ new
and traditional methods of marketing in order to let potential
customers that you are online. A recent online company sent a
simple postcard announcing their new online service - within
three days of the mailing, they noticed a 65% increase in
traffic. You may not see this type of increase but you need to
consider all avenues of marketing to notify customers of your
new service.
Moving into e-business should not replace traditional methods of
selling. Approach the process as an extension of your current
model and look for additional opportunities to communicate to
your customer. Finally, keep your customers in mind when you
develop your model. As we said in the beginning, keep that
concern in front and you will develop a profitable, humanized
e-business.

The shih tzu with a long, flowing coat and an arrogant air is
beautiful and captures the heart of many who own and
professionally show the breed. Satisfaction, joy and pride can
result from conditioning and growing a beautiful coat of hair
for the shih tzu. For the showring, this is an absolute must.
The complete protrait of a showring shih tzu is one that is
draped in a long luxurious coat that has been maintained and
groomed properly. This can also be accomplished by sending the
shih tzu to a handler getting the shih tzu ready for the
showring. If you have the time, patience and ability yourself,
whether your shih tzu is a pet or a show dog prospect, you
certainly are very fortunate indeed. Most likely you will
receive rave reviews everywhere you and your shih tzu go.
A lot of shih tzu owners, however, do opt for the shorter cuts.
In my opinion, the shih tzu is just as cute and lovely.
Maintaining the longer coats is a “fulltime” job. It takes hours

to remain faithful to a schedule.
Start with good health from the inside. Be sure you keep your
shih tzu free from parasites and you feed a good, quality,

And I would think that if you are going all out for a long coat
for your shih tzu, you probably will need to add some extra

long haired shih tzu. Then, the expense was so great, I could
not afford using her that often. I keep most of my short at this
time. The cost for me would have been at least $70 per month for
one dog and that is going every two weeks. For the shih tzu
lover of long, long hair, it is wise to learn how to do it
yourself, yet, also you got your time and labor involved in
that. Time is something most of us seem to never have enough of.
Good coats are inherited in many lines. I really do have some
show dog coats of hair in my bloodlines at Stain Glass Shih Tzu,
and one day I hope to be able to at least take a course in
grooming. When I do, I most likely will include what I learn
through the course in my articles and e-books I will offer to
others. Most likely, this is coming soon. It is just not totally
“right” it seems to not at least have one very long haired shih
tzu in the crowd. For some bloodlines, to grow a long and
flowing coat is impossible. You will see beautiful and cute
faces, wonderful personalities still, but the coat of some of
the shih tzu bloodlines just will not grow. There is no other
choice in that matter but to the keep it clipped. One of the
goals of my breeding program is to continually search for the
bloodlines that most closely meet the AKC standard for a long,
flowing coat. I am very partial to the smaller sizes, but even
in those, I search for the long flowing coat of hair. My Holly,
Simon, Danny Boy and Jane Jane all have this type of coat. Holly
probably had the best of all. It was extremely long and thick,
but guess what, time was not on my side about keeping it that
way, so I had to opt for a shave down to start all over. She is
still just as cute and perky, and I think she has been very
happy with her new haircut. I was saddened to tears almost, but
my own fault. A person has to allocate the time to grow these
beautiful long coats or else hire someone else to do it for
them. That is just the starting point for the entire process.
There are lots of products to help us deal with the shih tzu
that do not have the better coats of hair. And as I mentioned

you and your shih tzu even better. If you have the time and
money, it can be a very enjoyable hobby. I have too many hobbies
concerning the shih tzu right now anyway, but…..I do plan on

am in at this time - raising puppies. Many times, shih tzu moms
need to be completely shaven down for the sake of cleanliness
and this is a routine I follow with mine. In my plans is a
special grooming room with all the bells and whistles - a nice
tub - tables and all the right equipment. Even for the person
who has only one shih tzu, having the exact equipment needed and
the lighting and tubs can be a very fun experience and much more
rewarding than using the family bathtub and a small space in the
corner of one very dimly lit room. I tell you what…..my plans
include a nice grooming room with all the bells and whistles. I
just hope I am not 95 before I can afford that. I plan to live
to be 100 years old. And then, I plan an afterlife for myself,
not as a shih tzu of course, but just as a soul that lives
on….that’s a whole other topic however.

Lot of people dies every day. This is the biggest reality on earth. But still it is most unspoken word. Nobody even wants to think about it. When we hear about it, a strange fear starts coming in to our mind. Why this fear, none can answer this question. We are from childhood developed to treat it as a bad thing.
It is supposed to take our dare ones away from us. Have we ever given a thought to it? Or ever we tried to go into its reality. The answer is no, because this is the most fearful question to us. Mostly the people who tried to solve this question are not looked as good person. Secondly nobody so far is able to provide accurate answer. Most of the answers are questions in themselves.
Even our religions are not clear about it. Every religion has its on theories and explanations. Most of them say that after death, we go into other world. They try to describe this world in their ways. They divide it into two categories for good and bad people. If we do good deeds, we go into good world. But if we do bad deeds then we go into bad world. In all these cases the religious God is given the supreme power. He is supposed to decide about us.
That’s way many people pray to these Gods. Their main aim is to save themselves from difficulties and finally from death. But nobody has seen any God so far. Lots of claims were made, but no authentication. Even these are the most controversial issues today. Person is looked down, if he doesn’t respect the religion. We were advised to fear the God and follow the religion. Religious hearted are also result of these different philosophies of death and God. Every religion says their philosophy and God is real.
Every religion says in nutshell to fear and more fear. Many claims were made for life after death by many. Are they real or exploiting our fears. The fear was put into our mind by our parents, our society and our religion. This is clear from horror movies were the dead mans are villains. Thus death is associated deeply with bad things and finally with fear.
Even modern science has proved that fear is bad. It wastes our energy and time. We can look into this fear constructively, by making our views about death more clear. Fear is also a good motivator, as it allow us to achieve many things in life which we otherwise not able to achieve. Death is natural phenomenon. It will come to everybody. None can escape from it. Nature has made us to give birth, multiply and die. Our body is structured in this way. I am not saying you to not follow your religion, asking to follow things wisely. We should try to make the fear of Death, a motivator for us to achieve more heights in life.

Simply put, Affiliate Marketing is one of the most common forms of making money on the internet.
Affiliate marketing was set in place by larger corporations and websites who realize that marketing smarter is better than marketing smarter. Affiliate marketing allows them to enable their very own customers and other hopefuls sell the companies products, while at the same time make money for themselves.
Almost all Affiliate marketing programs will work as following:
1. You sell a product, you get a commission. A commission is the percentage of the total cost of the product that YOU recieve. (Your profit for being an affiliate)
2. Some affiliate marketing programs will pay you for sending them quality “leads”. A lead is usually considered a visitor that will either sign up for a service or purchase a product. FriendFinder is a good affiliate program to start if you are looking at this type of commission.
In the past, to make money with affiliate marketing programs, all you had to do was pay for PPC traffic and send it to your affiliate link. However, Google and Yahoo and a few others soon caught on, and as such you now almost have to have your own website.

Give them more information and more services from you than they need or want, just bombard them with useful information and facts. Before you know it, your conversion rate will skyrocket. When dealing with these affiliate marketing programs, always make sure you try to get a program with lifetime commissions. With lifetime commissions enabled in your affiliate program, any customer you refer that returns to the site later and purchases something else will count as a sale for you!
Don’t be fooled if people try to tell you that affiliate marketing is dead or dying. The reason they say this is because it takes a lot of time. If you don’t have at minimum 3 months to dedicate to link building and content building, then affiliate marketing is the wrong business for you.

They are the Victorian Charm, Sophisticated Classic, and Military Style. They’re also our main focus for the upcoming seasons. These trendy fashions have been previewed on the runways of Milan, London, Paris and New York City by some of the most famous and popular designers of our generation.
Sophisticated Classic
The gratuitous use of velvet and suede, two of the most elegant and stylish materials created, gives the Sophisticated Classic collection its charm. These materials are particularly popular on coats and business suits. Dark purple and dark blue are the prevailing colors of choice by clothing designers who use them to set a classy and romantic tone. To add a more dazzling attitude, designers like John Galliano include a touch of bright yellow in his dark blue collections. This intense color contrast creates a fabulous and stunning effect. A brightly colored handbag can also give you the same alluring effect throughout the fall and winter. In addition, lime green, remains a very popular color for the upcoming seasons and can be the perfect accent accessory.
Victorian Charm
Lace, the focal point of in this design, is widely used by many popular designers. For the “Victorian Charm” effect, silk floral laces are used in abundance to embellish the neckband and the sleeve cuff on for dresses and blouses. Mixing and matching is the key to wearing laces. In this season, designers will match lace blouses and dresses with cowboy jackets, military coats, leather caps and jeans. Mixing and matching adds a playful and casual touch and it also preserves the glamour of the Victorian era.
Military Style
Although the military style was already popular on last fall season, it is still a big hit this coming fall. However, designers this year are trying even harder to reduce the cold military feeling. For example, in Burberry Prorsum collections, you see military style coats that come with simple metal buckles and smaller collars. You will find this fall season’s military style collections are more feminine than those you saw last year. One thing to notice, buckle on jeans seems to be a big hit in the world of fashion this fall.
