The goal is to link to as many content-rich, relevant sites as possible. The higher the search engine ranking of your site, the more likely Internet surfers, i.e., possible customers will check out your site, bringing with them repeat traffic and repeat sales.
When sites trade links, they both benefit by:
*Sharing a percentage of traffic directly.
*Getting noticed more favorably by the search engines.
Some link exchanges can send hundreds of visitors per day to your site, while others might send one or two a week. The latter is far more common, but even those are worthwhile as long as they are from content-rich, relevant sites.

More and more search engines are considering “link popularity” as a factor when they decide to rank pages in their search results.
In other words, if the search engines notice other quality sites linking to one of your pages, they will “like” that page better, all else being equal.
The presumption is that a link pointing to your page is like a vote of confidence in that page. More links equals more confidence. Even a few links can make a worthwhile difference in how well a page is ranked.
I have found the benefits are enormous. Consistent use of Reciprocal Link Exchange as a marketing strategy is highly recommended for driving more traffic to your website.

I love my job in creating and writing although I think it is time to outsource my marketing. I can not seem to achieve the search engine optimisation that I was hoping for so I need to hire a professional. I have great ideas and great products and I do not mind putting in the time to deliver the top quality goods but I have no idea to put together a site where the search engines will pick me up and list me in their top pages. I need more traffic to my website and I need to keep it constant. At what point would it be considered a major turning point for the internet and the advertising and marketing of web sites. It seems that when the major search engines started introducing click through advertising in the early 1990’s that was a major achievement. If you could choose one hand that is overplayed more than any other in Texas Holdem, what would you choose? While there are a lot of options, the hand known as “big slick”, ace-king, is probably near the top of the list. Newer players tend to see these two cards together and think that they are guaranteed to win the hand when they, in fact, have only a very strong drawing hand. Ace-king is indeed a powerful hand and one that you should play aggressively, but cautiously.
There are few hands that ace-king has a huge advantage against. The poker hands you would most likely want to be up against would be ace-queen or ace-jack for instance. But against smaller pairs ace-king is a slight underdog and against two other correlating cards ace king is only a small favorite to win the hand.
These facts become important in a multi-way all-in pot. If there are multiple raises in front of you, with more than one player going all-in, it is likely that your ace-king is not the best hand. At least one player probably has a pair and others might be holding aces or kings giving you less outs if you are behind in the hand to start off with. If you have enough poker chips to continue to play after the hand, simply fold your ace-king and wait for a better situation.
